Mid March has caught up with the work of the RVA PB Steering Commission. While hoping to be further along with the Rulebook efforts, they are still deeply considering the details of how this will work for Richmond.
For this meeting, we turned all of our attention to the PB process. For what on the outside looks like something rather simple, there are a lot of little details that need to be considered. Over the last few weeks the Commission had started to work on this using the PBprocess worksheet which is accessible below.
How should ideal collection take place?
What do we need to deeply evaluate the process?
What makes a good proposal?
How do we want people to vote?
All of these questions were a part of their thinking as we moved step by step.
