With the focus on the commission centered on wrapping up the rule book, this meeting was primarily a table session to continue to walk through the document. They went step by step through a host of comments and questions that commission members had brought forward.
We also focused our attention on coming up with specific metrics and SMART Goals to help guide the process. Their focus was really to answer the question how we know that the goals we have set have been achieved. This lead to deeper conversation about the language and resources we need to set these metrics.
The meeting ended with some logistics conversations plot a path to completing the rulebook before the commission took a summer break.
